Report submission

Once you have written the report following the provided template (pdf, doc) and using the guidelines in Information search to write the related work section, the submission process is the following. Send your report in pdf format with the proper file name:
TDDD50_group_<seminar#>_<paper#>_<studentID>_ver#.pdf. For example: TDDD50_A_seminar2_paper4_ekhve37_ver1.pdf

Deadlines for the report

The first version of the written report is to be electronically handed in no later than two weeks after the presentation seminar.

First version

The final lab report must be submitted through Lisam. Please note that there are two different submission instaces in Lisam, one for submitting the first version, and one for submitting the revised version (after you received comments.) The teacher will send it back with feedback for correction or improvement within two weeks.

Revised version

The student corrects the report with the feedback received. Within one week, they hand in a revised version on Lisam. Please note that there are two different submission instaces in Lisam, one for submitting the first version, and one for submitting the revised version (after you received comments.) Then the report is reviewed again and the final grade for the course is given.

Attention: All the documents sent are automatically analysed for plagiarism.

Retake period

If the report was not delivered on time, or if it was not up to the required standards in the revised version, it can be handed in again during the retake period.

The next retake dates in June AND August will be anounced in due time. A late or revised report can be handed in before these dates, but we cannot assure that it will be corrected before the retake period.

Note: Unless the report was never handed in before the deadline, a retake will proceed to a grade after a single review with no further revision.
