The course uses "Computer networking: a top-down approach", and you are strongly encouraged to read the 8th edition (or possibly 7th).

Reading instructions: The reading instructions for the course book are published in the list of lectures.

The textbook also has its own website, including applets, powerpoint slides and wireshark labs. We strongly encourage students to take advantage of the many available learning resources.
