Timetable

Estimated time for UPG1 is 2 hours for the seminar appearance in person and 1.5 hours of preparation before each seminar, 7 seminars (1 hp).

Estimated time for LAB1 is 2 hours for the scheduled labs, 2 hours for writing up the report after the corresponding seminar, and on average 9 hours of working on the lab at home, preparing or finishing up the lab (3 hp).

Estimated time for DAT1 is around 16 hours of scheduled lectures, 32 hours of studying for the exam, and 4 hours for the exam (2 hp).

Note that LiTH schedules 15 hp during 7 weeks of teaching (2.14 hp/week), where 1 full week of 40 hours of studying corresponds to 1.5 hp. You are thus expected to study also during the exam periods, weekends, or more than 40 hours per week in order to finish courses on time.
