Lectures notes updated with new slides on some problems and slides discussing muddy card as well as exam details.

As we received several requests, we have decided to upload almost all lectures slides. Please note that the lecture slides are finalized ONLY after each lecture. Before the lecture, you will find the preliminary versions. So, please make sure to update your copy after the lectures.

Lecture slides will be uploaded to the course website after each lecture. Please see Lecture Notes on the left. More details on the final written exam may be found under Examination on the left. See course syllabus on the left for reading instructions. Also, any version of the 4th edition of the textbook (the blue covered and or the green covered version with revised printing) are fine. Even older editions should be fine as long as you can find the course material in that edition.
