Course literature
To follow the course you will probably need a fairly avanced book on C++. There is a lot of books about C++, few have been updated for C++11, but two classic books are on their way:
C++ Primer, Fift edition (2012). Lippman, S.B., Lajoie J., Moe B. Addison-Wesley Longman. Reading instructions.
The C++ Programming Language, Fourt edition (to be published March 2013)). Stroustrup, B. Addison-Wesley Longman.
