Welcome to the Advanced Software Engineering home page

In the course we will survey the entire field of Software Engineering as well as cover topics that are either too complicated or too research-oriented to fit in earlier, project-oriented courses. The participants will also undertake deeper studies in a chosen sub-topic and arranging a seminar and writing a term-paper.

The course will start 2008-01-28 at 13.15. To prepare before that you can do two things:

1. Make yourself aquainted with Guide to the Software Engineering Body of Knowledge.
2. Solve Kristian's Christmas riddle: a. What is the name of the man at the picture? b. Which document is he editing? The first correct answer received by mail from a course participant will be symbolically rewarded.
