Submission Guidelines /Author Guidelines / Copyright

Important message to Authors:

bulletWe ask you to submit your camera-ready copy of the paper by email, with your paper ID in the subject line, to rtcsa2004-proceeding@ida.liu.se (we experience technical difficulties with ConfSys).
bulletPlease note that conference registration is not done via ConfSys as it would have added significant costs to the registration fee as service cost for the money transaction (about 10%). Instead, follow the registration link at conf. registration page.

Submission Guidelines

General submission information

Papers should be full papers describing original research; papers describing new ideas, promising approaches, experiences with practical and research systems are considered particularly appropriate. Full papers must be submitted electronically through our web form in a pdf or postscript format. The material must be unpublished and not under submission elsewhere. All submitted papers will be reviewed by at least three program committee members (four for papers with an author on the program committee). The accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings in the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series.

Preparing the camera-ready copy

For details on how to format and prepare camera-ready copy of the paper  according to the LNCS style see http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html.

Submission of camera-ready copy

Proceedings are going to be published by Springer-Verlag in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science. Therefore, the camera-ready copy of the paper must conform to the LNCS style. The paper in its final form must not exceed 20 page. If you find that you need extra pages please contact us via email (rtcsa2004-proceeding@ida.liu.se).

The submission of the camera-ready copy can be done via ConfSys (follow "Update final paper" link when you log in as an author), or directly by sending the PDF or PS file, with your paper ID in the subject line, to rtcsa2004-proceeding@ida.liu.se.
