| The registration fee does not include hotel costs. Please make hotel
reservations as soon as possible as there are limited number of rooms
available during August in Göteborg. See Accommodation

Observe that the registration to the conference should be done

For each accepted paper, one author is required to pay a FULL
registration (Author/Participant rate), and the deadline for this author
registration is July 15th.
The registration fee includes conference, proceeding, banquet, coffee, and
two lunches (Wednesday and Thursday)

Cancellation
policy
Cancellations before August 1st are subject to 30% of cancellation fee. Cancellations after August 1st are not possible. Registration can be
transferred to another person from the same affiliation.
