ETAI Contents - Postscript Files

Each issue and volume is defined as a suite of postscript files. To make your own copy of an entire issue, therefore, you should just print the various files listed below, in succession. For example, for Issue 1-3 in Volume 1, list the Issue cover, the Front matter, pages 1-12, pages 13-15, etc. and put the printouts in sequence. (An auxiliary software tool for printing the whole batch is also being developed).

Each issue and volume contains those articles which have been accepted by referees, and whose first publication date occurred during the period in question. The decision by the referees is therefore after the end of the period. - The reason for having an initial triple issue is that there were no contributions during the first half of the year, since the ETAI was announced in May, 1997. Anyway, we wish to be consistent about letting issue number 3 refer to the July-September period and issue number 4 to October-December.

The table below uses a provisional layout, but the contents are correct.

No articles have been accepted yet for this issue. (Six articles are
being reviewed for inclusion in the issue).

            When accepted, each article is assigned to the issue of the time period where
            the article was first submitted. In this way, the date of the article's issue
            represents its priority correctly.
