Each issue and volume contains those articles which have been accepted by referees, and whose first publication date occurred during the period in question. The decision by the referees is therefore after the end of the period. - The reason for having an initial triple issue is that there were no contributions during the first half of the year, since the ETAI was announced in May, 1997. Anyway, we wish to be consistent about letting issue number 3 refer to the July-September period and issue number 4 to October-December.
