Registration information
A. Registration may be charged to Visa, MasterCard or
American Express. Credit card payments require the complete credit card number,
expiration date, security code, name as it appears on the card, and complete
billing address.
Registration
payments are processed through
PayPal
Secured Payment Processing.
B. September 7, 2007, is the DEADLINE to qualify for the advance registration
rate. Payment transactions must be completed on or before September 7, 2007, to
take advantage of the discounted rate. The MP Associates office will continue
to accept faxed or mailed registrations thru September 17, 2007, at the
at-conference rate. On-line registrations will be accepted thru September 17,
2007 at the at-conference rate. After September 17, 2007, all registrations
must be done at-conference.
C. Cancellation/Refund Policy - Written requests for conference cancellation
and refund will be honored when received before September 7, 2007 No refunds
will be made for cancellations received after September 7, 2007 and all
registration fees will be forfeited.
D.
Membership number must be included at time of submission to receive the
membership rate. No refunds will be made for change in membership status. If
you would like information on becoming an ACM or IEEE member, visit ACM or IEEE
. No Company Memberships accepted, individual memberships only.

ESWeek is highly sensitive to the privacy
interests of consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is
one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its
obligations; ESWeek has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to
information about consumers that it acquires in the course of its business.

of Information. We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is
required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service
efficiently and securely.

and Privacy. We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We
give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require
it to perform their jobs.

Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous
procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and
the demands of customer service.
4. Disclosure to
Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about
consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a
duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the
consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
5. Privacy and
Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to
business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information
than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by
contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner
that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
