The following links are for building societies, housing associations and private landlords in Linköping. The information on their websites is only available in Swedish. Most of them will ask you to register and/or send an expression of interest (‘intresseanmälan’) through their website; some even have a queuing system where early registration is important.

The Swedish system requires you to have a personal ID number (‘personnummer’) and sometimes the registration will demand it, but as obtaining one can take time you are better off emailing them directly and explain your situation and specific requirements.

Most landlords require you to give 3 months’ notice so bear this in mind if you are only looking for something temporary.
