Translate AML to TEX, HTML, and TXT

A document source file in AML encoding (scetchy documentation here) is translated to TEX (for latex), HTML (for web pages), and TXT (plaintext) formats. The AML code is simpler that TEX and less cumbersome than HTML; it also contains high-level operations for document-related interactive operations, such as putting footnotes in a separate footnote frame, and for access to the ACRES bibliographic database.

This module is being set up at present (September 15). Works in stable fashion locally, however.

Here is an example of input and corresponding output from the program.

User id:
Input file:
Want tex output?
Want html output?
Want txt output?
Use test data?

If 'use test data' is set then the user id and input file need not be specified
