Today

Congratulations today to Eyal Amir, for the acceptance of his article "Object-Oriented First-Order Logic" following the recommendation of the two confidential referees. Eyal's paper is one of several that were submitted to the special issue with selected papers from last year's NRAC workshop.

Today we also have a new submission, "On the meta-theoretic approach to non-monotonic reasoning, its extension to the continuum case and relation with classical Newtonian Mechanics", by Sergio Brandano. The abstract follows below.

Abstract: We summarize the definition and basic properties of the meta-theoretic approach to non-monotonic reasoning, known as Features and Fluents, together with its extension to the continuum case and the relation with classical Newtonian Mechanics.

The paper is designed for readers with no preliminary knowledge in the topic.
