and which appears to originate from an early edition of the works 
of Jules Verne.



          Welcome to join the ETAI for the XXI century!

At this turn of the century and the millenium we wish to put the
ETAI in the context of old and new multimedia technology - a
technology that develops much faster than even Jules Verne could
imagine. 

ETAI stands for the Electronic Transactions on Artificial 
Intelligence (ETAI), and it is a novel kind of scientific journal
and communication medium. In fact, it takes an entirely new perspective
on communication between researchers, and more specifically the
communication within specialized fields of research. We believe that
this communication will take dramatically new forms due to the
availability of Internet technology. Please visit the various parts of 
the ETAI Junction webpage structure to see this new medium for research 
in actual operation.

The ETAI Junction is the webpage structure supporting this
journal. It has links to the journal itself containing the
accepted articles, but also to the review discussions that preceded
acceptance, as well as to our panel discussions, calendarium, and
other services for researchers in the area.
