Mobile Phone Augmented Reality and Interaction

We conduct experimental research in the area of Mobile Computer Graphics and Interaction. Our research started out in the area of Context Awareness, but is primarily focused on Augmented Reality and camera-based interaction on mobile phones. The mobile phone is a rapidly evolving platform that is part of most people¢s everyday life. The integration of sensors, processing units, ubiquitous communication technologies and displays in highly portable devices open up new ways for interaction with both the real world and with digital content. The fundamental vision of our research is to bridge the physical world and the digital domain.
