CAISOR Research Agenda
Application Systems Laboratory, OIS Group
Within the Application Systems Laboratory, I headed the group for Office Information Systems. Major parts of the work in this group was conducted in cooperation with Professor Ove Wigertz and concerned medical information systems.
The major achievements during this period were:
- Development of a system modelling method that we called information flow and which is the same as what is now called workflow. (Sandewall, Jungert)
- Empirical study of the effectiveness of software modularization in a large industrial software development project (Oskarsson)
- Further development of principles for software structuring, such as the concept of superroutines (Sandewall).
The following PhD's where made in this group:
- Erland Jungert (1980)
- ึsten Oskarsson (1982)
