Copyright Conditions for Textbook, Annex, and Website


The present textbook and its associated material is intended as an Open Educational Resource that can be used without charge. This includes the main textbook volumes, their annexes, the associated Leonardo documentation, and the current website itself. The copyright to this material remains with the author, Erik Sandewall.

Permission is granted for anyone to download, copy and distribute any of the documents, under the sole condition that the integrity of the text is retained and does not change, including of course the statement of authorship. Each main volume and each annex is considered as a separate document for this purpose. The present webpage with the subpages that are listed in the menu, excluding the item for "Previously Used Lecture Notes," is likewise considered as one single document for this purpose.

Preparation and dissemination of a modified or translated version of one or more of the documents is not covered by the blanket permission stated above. Requests for permission to do so should be directed to the present author; they will be considered in a positive mood.
