Register of conference series

The purpose of ACRES is to maintain cross-reference information between research articles within Artificial Intelligence, with on-line presentation. This requires a unique identifier for each article. For conference articles, the format is like in the following example

c-ijcai-85-196 which is to be interpreted as: conference article, International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence, 1985, page 196 ff. The database contains the additional information which is required for reconstructing the full reference, such as the serial number of a particular conference, and the author list and full title of each article. (Assuming that there are no collection copyright problems or that the required permissions can be obtained).

Technically, the information for a particular article is stored in a subdirectory named (for the same example as above)
