IEI and IDA have, together with the personnel department and Feelgood (Linköping University's Occupational Health) worked out a development program for graduate students. The program is based on the students’ performance environment, where demands and aspirations are part of everyday life. It is about performing well and at the same time feeling good during your graduate studies. An important feature of the program is the opportunity to reflect and to obtain tools for dealing with situations that may arise in the graduate studies.

Purpose - to strengthen and support you in helping you find the right direction, deal with performance requirements and allow for exchanges with other students.

Goal - to create opportunities for you as a graduate student to cope with your doctoral studies.

Process - seminars are interspersed with theory, methods, knowledge, experience and practical exercises. The seminars comes in a sequence and requires that the participant gives priority to attendance at all times.

Program leaders Torbjörn Lindblom and Lena Arvidsson from Feelgood have experience and knowledge of personal/executive coaching, team development, sports leadership and development of individuals and the organizations.

Time and place, the program will start in September or October. When you have applied, you will get more information about time and location.
