Registration

To register fill in the registration form and send it to Patrick Lambrix. We need to receive a paper copy bearing your signature, therefore you must send the registration by fax or by regular mail. You will be acknowledged when your registration reaches us.

The registration fee includes attendance to the technical program, one copy of the proceedings, lunch, coffee breaks and a reception.

Social event: We offer a free of charge boat trip with dinner on Kinda Canal to the registered participants that pay a full fee (Ordinary or IEEE member). As there are a limited number of places, we distribute tickets on a first come, first serve basis. In the case there are still tickets left, these will be distributed to non-author students and other participants. Mark your interest on the registration form.

Refund policy

All requests for refund (for non-authors only) must be made in writing or email notification to p2p2003, before 15 August 2003. However, a 220 Euro fee is retained to cover processing fee, proceedings cost, food and coffee break commitments.

Invitation letters

Our policy is that invitation letters can be issued only to speakers, presenters, committee members, IEEE members or persons known by the organizing committee. In addition registration fees must be paid in full before the letter is provided. Letters will only be sent by Postal Mail or fax and only to the individual registered for the conference.
