Information on Registration and Accommodation

The ILPS conference fee covers full registration, conference proceedings, welcome reception, conference banquet, and breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks during conference. The fees shown are in U.S. dollars. Exchange rates are available from http://www.xe.net/currency/.

Students must include a proof of their status.

Additional banquet tickets cost $50.

The workshop fee is $100 for non-ILPS participants only and covers attendance to all the workshops and coffee breaks.

Registered ILPS participants are free to attend any workshop.

• Accommodation (Rooms are no longer available at the Danford's Inn. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express - Mention you are with the ``ILPS conference'' to get the Stony Brook discount rates. ) Note that the Holiday Inn is about 8 miles from the conference site -- you will need to rent a car if you plan to stay there.
