Registration fee:

  Early registration (until 15 june 2019): 2800 SEK (ca. 263,00 EUR*)
  Late registration (after 15 june 2019):  3300 SEK (ca. 309,00 EUR*) 
 
  The registration rate includes participation in all HLPP-2019 sessions
  including tutorial on 3 July afternoon, coffee breaks and lunches on
  4 and 5 July, social program and dinner on 4 July evening, and
  one copy of the informal HLPP-2019 proceedings on USB.
 
  An extra ticket for the social program and dinner on 4 July can
  be purchased before 16 june 2019 for     1050 SEK (ca. 98,00 EUR*)
  and afterwards for                       1150 SEK (ca.107,00 EUR*)

  *EUR rate for information only, based on current SEK exchange rate,
   1 EUR = ca. 10,7 SEK (mid May 2019)

Cancellation policy: Cancellations will be accepted until 2 July 2019.

Refund policy: Refund of 100% of already paid registration fees
  for cancellations received until 17 June 2019, 80% until 2 July 2019,
  no refund afterwards. 

Transferability: In general, registrations are non-transferable. However,
  an already paid registration can be transfered to someone else 
  before 3 July 2019 at no extra cost.

No-show policy: Accepted HLPP-2019 papers that are not presented at HLPP-2019
  will not be invited for submission to the post-symposium IJPP special issue.

 (This information is important because otherwise the university administration

pay the registration fee. For early registration, the payment must be
received by 17 June 2019. The registration is not valid before the 
fee is paid completely. For each accepted HLPP-2019 paper and poster,
at least one author must register for HLPP-2019.
