Conference Registration
Registration: Participants are kindly requested to send registration information, as asked for in the registration form, to the conference secretariat by one of the following ways;
When the conference secretariat received the completed registration form, an invoice on the conference fee will be send to the address given in the form. When the payment has been received by the conference secretariat the registration is complete.
Price: The conference fee is 4.500 SEK (approx. US$500) before November 1. After November 1 the conference fee is 5.500 SEK. The fee includes accommodation (2 nights), breakfast (2), lunch (3), dinner (1), Conference dinner (1) and Evening activities.
Cancellations received before November 1, 2001 will be refunded minus a cancellation charge of 2.000 SEK (approx. US$250). No refunds after November 1, 2001!
Payment must be in SEK. Payments in other currencies will be converted to SEK based on the current exchange rate and have to meet the SEK amount, plus exchange expenses. All payments must be made using the invoice received after registration information has been sent to the conference secretariat.
