Toomas Timpka, M.D, Ph.D. Professor at the Department of Health and Environment and the Department of Computer Science, Linköping University, and the head physician at the Department of Public Health, Linköping County Council. His experiences includes leading the research group at the Laboratory for Research on Everyday Informatics at Linköping University since 1988 in the MDA-, ITYP-, SAMT-, and MTO-programs at the Swedish Board for Technical and Industrial Development and in several EU-programs. His research interests include health informatics, computers and democracy, and requirements engineering.
