Rogier is Adjunct Lecturer at Linköping University (LiU), and Senior Scientist at the Swedish Defense Research Agency (FOI), both in Linköping, Sweden. His research focuses on cognitive systems engineering, human factors, system safety, and resilience engineering. He has worked in a variety of domains including aviation, air traffic management, emergency/crisis management, command and control, and road transport. He received his PhD-degree in Cognitive Systems (2009) from Linköping University.
