All papers will be submitted to double-blind reviewing and will be reviewed by three reviewers, all of whom are experts within the field. A threshold of two accepts will be applied. Inspired by the reviewing process employed for Interspeech 2016, “borderline” will be sent to a fourth reviewer to make sure that visionary and “out-of-the-box” papers are not rejected.

There will be no pre-set reject rates but papers will be accepted on quality alone.
