We are happy to announce that an eminent dialog researcher, Jens Allwood (University of Gothenburg University) has accepted our invitation to give a keynote.

Professor Allwood is widely known for his work on dialog and it our intention to bring together the world of dialog research (which includes speech disfluencies) and disfluency research (which often studies dialog). It is also our conviction (and hope) that the term ”disfluency” will be contested in Professor Allwood’s talk, entitled Disfluency or fluency?
