Registration Fee

The folowing registration fees apply:

• Conference and Tutorial Registration + accomodation 2 nights : 6600 SEK (inclusive VAT)

• Conference and Tutorial Registration + accomodation 1 nights : 5300 SEK (inclusive VAT)

• Conference Registration + accommodation 1 nights : 4500 SEK (inclusive VAT)

If the participants choose a double room accommodation a rebate 300 SEK/day will be offered on the above mentioned fees.

The registration fee covers:

• access to all plenary and technical sessions as well as to the technical exhibition
• conference bag
• breakfast, lunches, coffee and snacks during the coffee breaks
• conference dinner

Exhibitions

The conference organizers are seeking to invite interested parties who will contribute to the success of our Conference by exhibiting materials from there organization in keeping with the main conference themes to reflect current status and changes, and the challenges and opportunities

If you are interested in exhibiting materials at the SIMS Conference and/or to have a short company presentation, please contact one of the Program Co-Chairs or send an email at sims2007@easychair.org.  If your application is accepted by the Technical Advisory Committee, you will be notified on or before 15th of September 2006. You could then enroll as a exhibitor by paying the exhibiter fees given below

• Exhibitor Fee : 7000 SEK (exclusive VAT)
• Exhibitor Fee + Company Presentation: 10 000 SEK (exclusive VAT)

Sale and exhibition of merchandise will be allowed only within the designated area and only by individuals registered (with registered fee paid) for the Conference under the exhibitor category.
