• cite our RepOSE publications,
• specify which version of RepOSE you used.

Currently, the version that is available for downloading is 'RepOSE-T-MI', which allows to debug missing is-a relations in taxonomies. Further, you can download a plugin for Protégé that introduces completion when you add concepts to your ontology.
