Research

My research interest is in the area of multiagent systems, particular in how to support the human - multigent system interaction. The research is applied to a UAS system where an operator command and controls a multiagent system of cooperating Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). My approach to this problem is to express the operator - agent and agent - agent interaction as delegations of complex task-trees. A complex task-tree can be more or less instantiated and thus allow more or less autonomy for the agents. The problem is then how to allocate UAV platforms for the nodes in a task-tree.
