This package contains the tools needed to compile OpenModelica 
on windows using either the MinGW compiler (included) or the 
MSVC compiler.

Please read the instructions in the INSTALL.txt file 
present in this page or in the package.

Added some _resources/FAQ. Read if you have issues.
There are some pictures in _resources/screendumps.

Please report errors as I'm trying 
to make this package better.
