TGTU51 Introduction to Advanced Academic Studies

Timetable

Important notes to the students

  • There are 5 lectures and 3 seminars in the course in HT1 (schedule available now) and a few more in HT2. Participation in the lectures and seminars are MANDATORY. Missing your lecture or seminar means getting a failed grade in the course and each student is only allowed to sign his/her own name at the attendence sheet. Signing more names than your own will count as cheeting! More information about the seminars is available in the seminars page .
  • The times for the lectures and seminars are given in "academic time" which means that the lecture starts a quarter past the given time. So for example a lecture between 8 and 10 actually starts at 8.15 and ends at 10.00. This does however not mean that you should arrive to the lecture-room at 8.15, but that you should arrive at latest 8.10 and be ready to start the lecture (with writing material) 8.15.
  • Attendence will be taken for each lecture or seminar.
  • There are two given lectures for each subject, one in Linköping and one in Norrköping. As a student you do of course only need to go to one of these lectures.
  • The schedule can and will change. It can be changed at any time, so remember to always check the homepage for changes before each lecture/seminar. This is especially important if you have missed the previous lecture.
  • The schedule is available at TimeEdit for vCal and iCal formats. However note that if there is a difference between the TimeEdit schedule and the schedule given here, this is the correct one. Also note the timeedit schedule is updated slower than the webpage schedule.
  • Lecture information will be added before the lectures with slides and material. Once again, stay updated and check the webpage before each lecture.
