TDDC95 Introduction to the Theory of Computation (4 ECTS)

The January exam have now been graded. If you want to discuss the grading you are welcome to my office Wednesday February 8 between 12:30-13:00.

For those who have not yet passed the homeworks, there are two new batches of homeworks posted on the homework page.

The exams have been graded and you should have the results by email later this week. You will be able to discuss the grading of your exams on Wednesday November 16, 12.30-13.00 in the room Donald Knuth.

By request, the deadline for the homeworks have been postponed until the morning of Tuesday October 11.

The lecture on October 5 15-17 is replaced by a problem solving session (the problems can be found on the problem solving session page). The lecture on Friday October 7 is devoted to repetition of "difficult" subjects (on demand). The ones I've got so far are "hands on examples of complexity theory problems", "pumplemma", "mapping reductions in computability". If you have additional ones, please send them in by email. The final lecture on October 14 will be devoted to going through some problems from old exams. Please send me emails with old exam problems that cause you troubles.

The August exam have now been graded. You can review your exams and discuss the grading in my office Thursday September 15 between 12:30 and 13:00.

The slides from Lecture 3 have now been uploaded.

The lecture on Friday September 9 is transformed into a problem solving session. The problems we will solve are the ones posted for session 1 on the problem solving session page. The problem solving session on Wednesday September 14 is cancelled. Please note that we still have a lecture on September 14th.
