Test program for ITU-T Q.2630

To be able to test and verify applications is of great importance for all developers since it is difficult to write error free programs. This master thesis work presents a program that offers features to test and verify the implementation of the ITU-T Q.2630 protocol in a Cello environment. Cello is Ericsson”Ēs platform for 3G nodes. The program has features which provide functionality to build any combination of a Q.2630 message and send these messages to the test object. The program also verifies the composition of messages sent by the test object. The majority of time working on this program has been spent on finding a way to plug in the program to the existing environment. The solution found was to replace a part of the original environment. By doing this, functionality to enable to compose and send a message and also verifying incoming messages was provided.
