RML on MacOS X

This is a hotfix to make RML compile on MacOS X.
Many thanks to Morgan Ericsson for this.

1. check the RMLonMacOSX.txt and do the modifications described there.
2. copy ppc-darwin-gcc directory to your RML/config/ppc-darwin-gcc directory.
3. compile

I will include this contribution in the next RML release.
