OpenModelica 1.4.3-beta x06 Linux

- first, check out the OpenModelica-1.4.3-Linux-dependencies.txt
  to see if you have the needed libraries available. 
- download the .tar.gz file
- Unpack into ${HOME}/ and you will get an OpenModelica directory
- in you don't unpack there, edit OpenModelica/bin/* to suit your paths!
- statically build against mico-2.3.12 and qt-4.1.5
- run OMShell    using: ${HOME}/OpenModelica/bin/OMShell
- run OMNotebook using: ${HOME}/OpenModelica/bin/OMNotebook
- run omc        using: ${HOME}/OpenModelica/bin/omc
- the work directory is ${HOME}/OpenModelica/work
- tested on Ubuntu 6.10, Fedora 4, Fedora 6, Suse 10.2
