CogSum is an automatic text summarizer based on word space methodology (Random Indexing) and graph-based ranking (PageRank). Through an iterative process, the sentences in a text is processed by going throgh a recommendation process, all recommending eachother so that sentences with similar content gets a higher vote. Thus, sentences containing the most important information (by vote!) are extracted as they will have the highest ranks.
