The text version of these issues was distributed by electronic mail
on the indicated date. At the same time, the online (HTML) version was
posted in the present www structure. Minor retroactive corrections
may occur. The contents of this Newsletter was used for composing the
News Journal specified above.

News Journal issues
(Forthcoming when a number of Newsletters have been published)
The News Journal issue is assembled from the contributions that have
appeared in the successive Newsletters during a period of time
(one - three months), with only minor editing. It is assembled in two
versions for each publication period:
The online version
is defined in HTML format, and makes full
use of direct "hot" links to related information. It will be maintained
over an extended period of time; successive changes are anticipated
in order to maintain the validity of the links.

The paper version is defined in postscript format, and is intended
to be printed out and read on paper. After its initial assembly at the
end of each journal period, some posteriori update is made during the
following time in order to insure consistency of appearance. The finalized
News Journal issues will be published by the Linköping University
Electronic Press.
