General rules for the suggestion file "details"

The purpose of the present file is to be a service to those who
study the article in detail; the information contained here is 
probably not of importance at a first reading. The file contains
suggestions, made by reviewers and others, about points in the 
text where a clarification or modification appears to be needed.
The file does not include
-  typos and other similar mistakes which every reader can easily
   accomodate by context
-  more important comments which properly belong to the general
   discussion about the article.
This working file is created for each reviewed article where this
kind of suggestions are received. It is referenced from the article's 
interaction page, but its contents are not included in the 
newletter or the news journal.

This file is a working area. It is initiated with comments by 
reviewers and other readers, and complemented by responses from
the author. The contents of this file are allowed to change 
dynamically; earlier versions are not preserved.
