An asterisk (*) before the page number indicates that the file also includes four pages of front matter numbered (i) - (iv) and containing, in particular, the table of contents for that issue.

Each monthly issue also contains a committee page containing the names of members of the ETAI Policy Committee and the ETAI Area Editorial Committee for Reasoning about Actions and Change. This page is customarily included at the end of each monthly issue, and after the main contents. It is equal for all the monthly issues in a given year.
