Posting an article in a news journal
It is assumed that the news journal will be a comprehensive source
of information for researchers in its own specialized area.
By posting the article in the news journal, it is brought to the
attention of those researchers. This serves the same purpose as when
the article is presented at a specialized workshop for the area.
In particular, it initiates the process where comments about the
article are returned to the author and contributed to the general
debate within the news journal.
