Methodology of Research and Dissemination of its Results
Methodology Of Research And Dissemination Of its Results
(MORADOR) is a hyperpage (= bundle of webpages) that that address methods of research in systems-oriented computer science. This involves three basic questions:
- What is the appropriate methodology for the kind of research where software systems are built for the explorative purpose of trying out a design idea? (This is in contradistinction to cases where software is built in order to use it in experiments of some kind.)
- What is precisely the result and the evidence for the proposed result in such a methodology?
- Having obtained an answer to the first question, then what are efficient and effective methods of research communication, including both the communication of researchers in different groups while a project is in progress, and for dissemination of results when the project has finished.

The
MORADOR hyperpage
contains a concrete proposal in these respects as well as contributions to a discussion about these topics and the proposal.
