Contents

Topics include: Factorial experiments, Interactions (Two and three-way), Fixed, random and mixed designs, Simple effects tests, Pairwise comparisons and contrasts, Nested designs and Partially nested designs, Generation of expected mean squares, Quasi F-tests and pooling, Between-within designs, Probing techniques, Unequal n procedures, Latin Square designs, Simple and Multiple Regression, Correlation, Hypothesis testing, Partial Correlation, Analysis of Covariance. Non-parametric statistics. An overview of statistical methods not learnt in other courses: Factor analysis, cluster analysis, multidimensional scaling.
