SERV: Service design, innovation and involvement

An interaction design research project and procurement competence research project with the Enforcement agency, FMV, InUse, Antrop, MetaMatrix, TeleLogic, and KTH. The aim of the project is to create tools and methods for IT-procurers to proactively get usable systems.
