ICE: Innovative services in health and home care

SERV: Service design, innovation and involvement

A service design research project in cooperation with the Swedish customs, SMHI, Ericsson, Struktur design and Centre for Service Research (CTF). The aim of the project is to develop the ability of organisations to design their services.

MAVB: Möjliggörande teknik genom användarcentrering och organisationsutveckling på beställarorganisationens villkor

An interaction design research project and procurement competence research project with the Enforcement agency, FMV, InUse, Antrop, MetaMatrix, TeleLogic, and KTH. The aim of the project is to create tools and methods for IT-procurers to proactively get usable systems.
