New calendar event

Anyone with a LiU-id can add events to the calendar, follow these instructions!

Instructions:

• Please only submit events taking place at IDA. External events will not be published.
  
  
• Choose from the list below where the new event belongs. A publisher from the division or group will publish the event and can make changes if necessary.
  
  
• Log in with your LiU-id.
  
  
• Fill in the description fields in both English and Swedish. Otherwise, the event may not show up everywhere.
  
  
• The form gives the option to also publish on the central LiU calendar or other departments.
  Note: do not publish on "IDA" too, belonging to an IDA division is enough!

Calendar administration for those who are calendar publishers.

Choose event owner to add new:

• ADIT
• AIICS
• HCS
• SaS
• Statistics
• GU-kansliet
• FU-kansliet
• TUS

Only if none of the above applies:

• IDA
• LiU
