The following should normally not be sent to infomaster@ida.liu.se or webmaster@ida.liu.se:

• Questions regarding student accounts or problems with the departments undergraduate computer systems. Regarding disk quota, contact the course responsible, otherwise contact the Tekniskt underhåll och service staff (system administrators), via email to the department's helpdesk, helpdesk@ida.liu.se.

• Questions regarding student's email, unless it seems to be a problem that can be related to the department's email system, in which case you can contact the Tekniskt underhåll och service staff (system administrators), via email to the department's helpdesk, helpdesk@ida.liu.se.

• Questions regarding student's web pages. A username ending with three digits belongs to a student. If you have reached a student's web page through the departments web site, and your question or comment regards legal matters, you can send a message to infomaster@ida.liu.se.

• Questions regarding undergraduate courses' web pages, their administration and material, etc.

  A web page belonging to a course given by the department is normally found using the course code in the url, e.g. http://www.ida.liu.se/~TDDB99. Questions and comments, including technical problems, concerning such pages are normally sent to the course responsible.

• Questions regarding the departments education. See undergraduate education and graduate education to find out who to send questions to.

• Questions about the department's master programmes can be sent to msc-ci@ida.liu.se.

Information about students can be found through the university's student page http://www.student.liu.se/

Questions and comments about page content
If you want to ask about or comment the content of a page, you should send your message to the Information responsible, normally found at the bottom of the page.

Technical problems
If you have technical problems, such as broken links, you should send your message to the technical responsible, normally found at the bottom of the page.

If nobody answers
If you don't receive an answer within reasonable time from the information responsible, you can contact infomaster@ida.liu.se. In such case, make this purpose clear, otherwise your message will probably just be forwarded to the person not answering. You should also attach your original message.

Please, supply the URL for the page you refer to in your message, in case you comment/question concerns a certain page!
