REFUND POLICY
All requests for refund (for non-authors only) must be made in writing or 
email notification to p2p2002, before 15 August 2002 (3 weeks prior to the 
start of the conference). However, a 220 Euro fee is retained to cover 
processing fee, proceedings cost, food and coffee break commitments.
