Location

The workshop is located at Linköping University, Sweden. The Department of Computer and Information Science (IDA) at Linköping University is the largest computer and science department in northern Europe.

How to get to Linköping

Linköping airport is served by Skyways (partner of SAS). Norrköping airport by SAS from Copenhagen or Stockholm.

  • From Stockholm (200 km):
    - flight to Linköping (Skyways)
    - direct train to Linköping
    - Arlanda express (to Stockholm) 20 min + direct train to Linköping (between 1 hour 45 min and 2.5 hours)
    - car (ca 2 - 2.5 hours, take E4, southbound)
  • From Norrköping (40 km):
    - taxi
    - train to Linköping
    - car (ca 0.5 hours, take E4, southbound)
  • From Stockholm Skavsta airport, Nyköping (100km):
    - airport shuttle busses (flygbuss) to Linköping (ca 1.5 hours)
    - car (ca 1 - 1.5 hours, take E4, southbound)
  • Göteborg Landvetter airport (300km):
    - flight to Linköping (Skyways)
    - train (between 3.5 and 4.5 hours)
    - car (ca 3 hours, first to Jönköping, then E4 northbound)
  • From Malmö (450 km):
    - direct train to Linköping (ca 3 hours)
    - car
  • From Copenhagen Kastrup airport (ca 450km):
    - Direct train from airport to Malmö, then direct train to Linköping (3.5 hours in total)

How to get to the University

You can reach the University from downtown either by taxi or by bus.

    Take the bus 202 (towards LAMBOHOV).

At the Campus

The map below provides you with the location of the Department of Computer and Information Science (IDA).

When you arrive at the campus you should find your way to the B-building. We suggest you use entrance 29B in the south west corner. Then follow the signs pointing to the workshop.

  • Registration will take place in "Ljusgården"
  • The presentations will take place in the lecture hall "Visionen"

Below is a map of the southern part of the B-building where you can find the suitable entrances as well as Visionen and Ljusgården.

If you get lost you can search for the room "Visionen" using one of the IDA information terminals located close to the main entrances or ask any student for the way to Visionen
